CASAMA STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Use
The studio rental includes access to all equipment inside the Casama Studio Room. However, rental is strictly limited to the reserved studio space. Access to other areas is not included unless specifically stated in the booking.

2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
To confirm a booking, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the shoot. If you have any discount coupons or vouchers, please enter them on the website to automatically apply the discount and view your updated total balance.
Once a 50% down payment is secured, rescheduling is not permitted, except in cases beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions. Cancellation is allowed, but the down payment is non-refundable.


3. Studio Access & Overtime Charges
The Studio operating hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Use of the space outside of these hours (before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM) requires prior approval and will incur an off-hours fee of ₱200 per hour, in addition to the standard hourly rates.

Important Notes:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled booking time to avoid being charged an extra hour. There will also be a 10-minute grace period beyond the end time.

4. Setup and Equipment Declaration
All equipment, set design elements, and materials must be declared in advance and are subject to studio approval. Casama Studio reserves the right to reject or request changes to any setup that is deemed unsafe, damaging, or disruptive to operations. Contact us to request additional equipment.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for their own setup, execution, and cleanup. Any damage to the studio’s property, including equipment, backdrops, walls, floors, or furniture, will be charged accordingly. If there is to be a tear or rip in one of the used backdrops, 20% of the security deposit will be deducted upon return. The studio must be left in its original condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or failure to clean up.

6. Restrictions and Code of Conduct
Smoking, vaping, and the use of hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the studio. However, a designated smoking area is available outside for your convenience. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed. Playing music through speakers is permitted, but please ensure the volume is kept at a reasonable level. We absolutely love pets, but to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Thank you for understanding!

7. Liability Disclaimer
Casama Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises. For everyone's safety and security, the entire studio space is monitored by CCTV.

8. Force Majeure
Casama Studio shall not be held responsible for the failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions.
